By using GeeDanRide, you agree to follow our rules for safe and lawful use of the platform operated by Geedan Solution. GeeDanRide connects riders, drivers, and delivery partners, but transportation and delivery services are provided by independent drivers. Users must provide accurate information, respect drivers and other users, and comply with all applicable laws while using the service.

1. Introduction


These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the GeeDanRide mobile application, website, and services (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

GeeDanRide is operated by Geedan Solution, a division of Geedan Multiventures Ltd.

2. Services


GeeDanRide provides:

  • Ride-hailing services
  • Parcel and logistics delivery
  • Driver–rider matching platform

We do not own vehicles or directly employ drivers; they operate as independent partners.

3. User Accounts


Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Be at least 18 years old

We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. Payments


All fares and delivery charges are displayed in-app before confirmation. Payments may be processed via third-party payment providers.

5. User Conduct


Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform
  • Harass drivers or riders
  • Provide false identity or payment details
  • Use the platform for illegal activities

6. Limitation of Liability


GeeDanRide is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic or external conditions
  • Actions of independent drivers or riders
  • Losses arising from misuse of the platform

7. Termination


We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without prior notice.

8. Changes


We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updates.
